Soooooo obviously there's a story behind this one. Let me try and sum it up for you~!

My friend Sihaya cosplays a VERY good Sasuke (heck, she cosplays anything well, but I first met her as Sasuke and have been fangirling since), and at the time I drew this, I associated her with that character. She wrote in her LJ one time about how very upset she was to find one morning, someone had stolen the cat-rock from her porch. Yes, a cat-rock.

What the heck is a cat-rock? It's a rather large, smooth rock that her uncle painted to look like a curled up cat. (See panel 1 for example.) It was fairly worthless as far as market-value goes, but she was very sentimentally attached to it and the sudden disappearance of it had really upset her. Everyone offered her their condolences in their own way, and I did in mine. ...Hence the really crack, OOC comic you've just read.

Second panel was one of my favorites (especially Kakashi and Neji). My only disappointment with this comic comes from the third panel, where I wanted to add in a gag line but couldn't find the room or right form of text to properly display it. (If you squint at the bottom right-hand corner of the panel though, you can see I'd made an attempt.) Basically, look at the third panel and envision this gag-line somewhere in there:

"Oh noes! He pulled his collar! He's SERIOUS!"
(My line on the comic was lamer, but that's what I wanted to say. Basically, making fun of that scene where he's pulling his collar down when facing Itachi. ....seriously, wtf?)

Anyway, the next one is the only other I have done. And likely the last to be done on it. Gomen!
